Delete your Reelora account and data

This page applies to the Reelora app published by Crest Tech Media Limited.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Reelora and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your Reelora account. Use the subject “Reelora account deletion” and include your Reelora user ID if available.

What we delete

We delete the account profile and personal data associated with the account, including viewing and account activity stored for the service. We also revoke active app access tied to the deleted account.

What may be retained

Transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, and legal records may be retained only when required by law or needed to protect users and the service. Store subscriptions must also be cancelled in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Timing

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion.
